Dearest Reader,
I just finished the practice for the first day of Nine Nights of Shakti .
And wow.
It helped me clarify where I’m going.
Who I’m becoming.
It brought up fears I am very good at keeping hidden.
And then the mantra settled everything.
It softened the noise.
Opened my heart.
And helped me feel the potential energy that is already there — the part of me that knows where I’m going and is ready to move.
And that’s just Day One.
This is exactly why I practice Navratri.
Not because it makes every answer obvious.
But because it creates enough sacred space to hear what is true.
To notice what fear has been choosing for us.
To reconnect with what we already know.
And to let something deeper begin to lead.
Today we begin with Durga — courage, discernment, protection, and self-trust.
Then we move into Lakshmi — receiving, value, nourishment, and flourishing.
And finally Saraswati — listening, expression, wisdom, and aligned action.
If you’ve been feeling the pull toward this journey, you can still join us.
Our live opening gathering is today at 2:00 PM Mountain Time , and the first practice is waiting for you inside the SOULutions App.
You’ll receive:
nine guided daily meditation + mantra practices reflection and inquiry for each day a continuing sankalpa practice printable companion guidebook goddess mantra altar cards live opening and closing gatherings three original songs — one each for Durga, Lakshmi, and Saraswati — written and produced by me for the journey

You do not need to know anything about Navratri.
You do not need Sanskrit experience.
You do not need to practice perfectly.
You only need a willingness to show up and listen.
If something in you has been whispering yes , maybe today is the day to listen.
