Hello beautiful Reader,
Tomorrow we begin Be More You: Identity Reclamation.
As I’ve been talking with women these past few weeks, I’ve noticed something.
Summer is full.
Family vacations. Kids’ camps. Long evenings. Visitors. Work. A calendar that somehow fills itself.
And because so many women are natural caregivers, summer often becomes another season of saying yes to everyone else.
Which means the first thing to disappear…
…is the hour they would have given themselves.
I understand it completely.
And I also know this:
That hour may be the one you need most.
Not because you need another thing on your calendar.
But because you deserve one space each week where no one needs anything from you.
A place to breathe.
To listen.
To remember.
To hear your own voice again.
Every circle I lead reminds me of the power of women coming together—making space for themselves, reconnecting to their inner light, love, and power, and becoming more fully themselves in the midst of real, actual life.
Because your family, your work, and the people you love do not need a version of you who disappears beneath everyone else’s needs.
They need the healthy, connected, fully alive woman you become when you stop abandoning yourself.
The sacred does not interrupt daily life. It shines through it.
That’s what Be More You is.
Just one hour each week to come back to your own voice, your own truth, and your own life.
If you’ve been quietly wondering whether this circle is for you, perhaps this is your reminder.
You don’t have to wait until life gets less busy before choosing yourself.
Sometimes choosing yourself is exactly what allows you to move through a busy season with more presence, clarity, and joy.
We begin tomorrow, and I’d love to welcome you into the circle.
With love,
Mindy

P.S. Your calendar will probably be just as full next month. Life has a way of doing that. The question isn't whether life will slow down. It's whether you'll stop disappearing inside of it.
