Hello my dear Reader,
I love this time of year.
The cooling temperatures. The warm sunny days that still linger. The way you can actually feel the earth shifting beneath everything.
And somehow, that shift invites us to shift too.
The Fall Equinox is one of those beautiful in-between moments—a threshold between what has been and what is becoming.
It invites us to pause long enough to receive the blessings of the seasons behind us. To gather the golden nuggets. To notice what has grown, what has changed, and what has become part of us.
Not to tuck those things away and forget about them.
But to embody them.
To let the lessons, the healing, the courage, the clarity, the love become part of who we are as we move toward winter.
There is mystery in these seasonal transitions. Even a little magic.
They remind us that change is natural.
And change can be good.
Things do not have to remain stagnant in order for us to feel safe.
A leaf does not feel rejected when she falls from the tree.
She simply knows that something is complete.
And perhaps we can trust ourselves that way too.
This season asks us to consider:
What am I ready to harvest?
What have I learned, received, created, healed or grown into?
What am I ready to release?
What has served its purpose but no longer needs to travel with me?
What am I ready to welcome?
What wants more space in the season ahead?
That is the heart of a new Fall Equinox Meditation + Ritual Guide I just created inside the SOULutions App.
It is a guided space to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the rhythms of your body, your inner wisdom, and the natural world around you.
And because I want as many people as possible to have a chance to experience it, I’ve made the entire practice and guidebook free inside SOULutions through Wednesday, September 23.
You’ll receive:
- the guided Fall Equinox meditation
- the Harvest & Release ritual guide
- reflection prompts for gratitude, balance, release and intention
- a simple seasonal ritual to help you consciously cross this threshold
You don’t need to know exactly what you’re releasing.
You don’t need a perfect ritual space.
Just give yourself a little time to listen.
Harvest what has grown.
Release what is complete.
Welcome what is ready to emerge.

And if you’d like to go a little deeper into the meaning of this seasonal threshold, I wrote a new reflection for you as well:
With love,

Practice here. Live differently out there.
P.S. The Fall Equinox meditation and ritual guide are available free through Wednesday, September 23, so feel free to share this with someone who could use a meaningful seasonal reset too.
