Tomorrow night: let the eclipse help you release

Dear Reader,

Tomorrow night, the Moon moves into Earth’s shadow.

And unlike the solar eclipse earlier this month, this lunar eclipse will be visible from much of the U.S.

Here in Mountain Time, the partial eclipse unfolds around 9:12–11:13 PM, reaching its maximum at 10:12 PM.

But more than something beautiful to watch in the sky, I’m thinking about what this moment can represent after the intensity of the last few weeks.

Lion’s Gate asked:
What are you choosing?

The solar eclipse invited:
Can you open your hands and surrender the outcome?

And then life happened.

Maybe something shifted.
Maybe your rhythm got disrupted.
Maybe an old pattern showed itself again.

Maybe you discovered that something you thought you’d released still had a little emotional residue hanging around.

That’s where the lunar eclipse feels especially meaningful.

A lunar eclipse happens with a Full Moon — traditionally a time of illumination, culmination and release.

And perhaps we don’t need another revelation right now.

Perhaps we need to look at what these last few weeks have already revealed.

What came up when things got intense?
What did you learn about yourself?
What are you carrying that no longer needs to come with you?
What truth has become clearer?
And what simple choice would help you live from that truth now?

This is the work of Release & Align.

I created a five-minute meditation inside the SOULutions App specifically for this part of the eclipse journey.

Eclipse Integration: Release & Align

In five minutes, we’ll clear what’s ready to move on and reconnect with what’s true.

We’ll release some of the energetic residue that may have accumulated, return to your inner compass, and choose one simple next step that matches who you’re becoming.

You could listen sometime tomorrow as preparation or anytime in the 3 days leading up to or following an eclipse.

You could also take your phone outside tomorrow night, sit beneath the Moon, and practice near the 10:12 PM MT eclipse peak.

It doesn’t need to become another big spiritual production.

Five minutes.

A breath.
An honest look at what has surfaced.
A willingness to let something go.
A choice about what comes next.

Because integration isn’t pretending the last few weeks didn’t shake anything loose.

It’s allowing what happened to teach you.

It’s remembering that the ups and downs of life can become material for practice instead of evidence that life is off track.

Maybe Lion’s Gate opened the door.

Maybe the solar eclipse asked you to loosen your grip.

And now the lunar eclipse can help you clear some of what’s still clinging to you as you cross the threshold.

Release what is complete.
Realign with what is true.
Take one step as the person you are becoming.

With love,
Mindy

P.S. If these last few weeks have felt unusually intense, you don’t need to figure everything out before tomorrow night. Start with five minutes. Release & Align is waiting for you here.
