Dear Reader,
On Friday morning, a mantra kept calling to me.
Hari Om Tat Sat.
I brought it into my yoga class with my harmonium and shared it simply, the way mantras are often meant to be shared—not overexplained, but experienced.
We sang.
We listened.
We let the repetition carry us underneath the noise.
And something in it kept opening.
Later that day, the mantra wanted to become a song.
So I followed it.
And then the song began asking for more space around it.
Not just something to listen to, but something that could return me to the power of that moment in yoga class—the stillness, the connection, and the energy the mantra held.
A place to get quiet enough to ask:
What is actually true now?
Not what was true six months ago.
Not what I think I should want.
Not the expectations or stories I’ve been carrying.
But what remains when I become still enough to hear beneath all of that?
That became a new guided mantra meditation, weaving reflection, stillness, and the song itself into one deeper practice.
And now both are waiting for you inside the SOULutions App:
Hari Om Tat Sat — the song A mantra you can carry with you while walking, driving, cooking, practicing, or whenever you want to reconnect with yourself.
Hari Om Tat Sat | Beneath the Noise — the guided meditation A deeper journey inward, with space for inquiry, reflection, mantra, and listening for what is true beneath the noise.
I love that these practices didn’t begin with a content plan.
They began in practice.
One mantra. One yoga class. One moment of listening.
And then I kept following where it wanted to lead.
Perhaps that is part of the teaching, too.
We don’t always have to know where something is going.
Sometimes we simply get quiet enough to hear the next true thing.
I hope these practices meet you exactly where you are.
Hari Om Tat Sat.
May what obscures be cleared. May we remember what is true.
With love,
Mindy

P.S. Maybe don't just listen. Sing.
Let the mantra move through your body. Let yourself feel what changes when these teachings become vibration rather than ideas.
