Hello beautiful one,
I’m back from the Telluride Yoga Festival with a very full heart.
There were so many moments I could share — the mountain air, the conversations, the malas finding their people, the familiar faces, the new women who stepped into my world, the simple joy of being together in practice.
But what is staying with me most is the teaching.
Not just the teaching I offered.
The teaching that moved through the room.
In my Embodied Feminine Leadership class, we explored what it means to lead from alignment instead of performance. To let leadership rise from the body, the breath, the heart, and the truth of who we actually are.
We named the myths so many women carry:
That leaders have to carry everything.
That leaders have to appear strong all the time.
That leaders are supposed to give more than they receive.
And then we practiced remembering something different.
A woman in her aligned leadership does not abandon herself to serve.
She does not override her body to prove her worth.
She does not dim her light to keep others comfortable.
She listens.
She receives.
She chooses.
She rises.
This is the kind of leadership I believe women are being called into now.
Not louder.
Not harder.
Not more polished.
More honest.
More embodied.
More whole.
Later in the weekend, I offered an Integration Circle, where we explored how to carry the gifts of a festival, retreat, or meaningful experience back into everyday life.
Because inspiration is beautiful.
But integration is where transformation becomes real.
It’s one thing to feel open, connected, and alive in a powerful room with other women.
It’s another thing to bring that same light home into your family, your relationships, your work, your choices, your boundaries, your voice, and your daily rhythm.
That is where the real practice begins.
And it feels like the perfect doorway into July.
This month in my community, we are focusing on:
Inner Light Rising
Not the kind of light that asks you to perform.
Not the kind that says you have to be constantly radiant, productive, or “on.”
The inner light I’m talking about is the light of your true self.
The part of you that knows.
The part of you that has been waiting for more space.
The part of you that is ready to be expressed through your voice, your creativity, your choices, your leadership, and your life.
This is also the heart of my upcoming summer offerings.
Be More You Summer: Authentic Expression
is a 4 week journey to reconnect with your truth and let more of your real self come forward. We’ll work with embodiment, reflection, practice, and soulful expression so your inner light has somewhere to land.
Shakti Rising Circle
And if you are craving deeper support, sisterhood, and an ongoing space for feminine embodiment, self-trust, and soul-led living, I would love to invite you into Shakti Rising Circle.
This is where we practice together.
We move from self-abandonment into self-trust.
From overthinking into embodiment.
From exhaustion into vitality.
From hiding into authentic expression.
The festival reminded me that women are hungry for this work.
Not because they need to become someone else.
Because they are ready to become more fully themselves.
So here is your invitation for today:
Pause for a moment.
Place one hand on your heart.
Take a breath.
And ask yourself:
Where is my inner light ready to rise?
Then listen.
And when you’re ready, come practice with me.
With Love,
Mindy
