Dear Reader,
This morning, I taught my regular Friday yoga class.
I knew we needed to take time to honor the twenty-fifth anniversary of September 11. What I didn’t anticipate was how potent, powerful, and deeply cathartic the practice would become.
Nearly every person in the room had tears or a mist in their eyes at some point.
We remembered. We breathed. We felt the inhale and exhale as distinctly different—and yet inseparable parts of one continuous breath.
We chanted for the happiness and freedom of all beings. We moved with the new moon, released a few old stories, turned our world upside down, and listened for what love was asking from us.
Then we rested in the embrace of the Divine Mother.
More than an hour after class ended, I was still breathing through the emotional waves. The experience felt too powerful to remain within the walls of that room. It wanted to be shared with the larger community I know is also feeling, healing, raising consciousness, and choosing what comes next.
I wrote this reflection while it was all still moving through me:

I’ve also included links throughout the post to several of the mantras we shared, so you can listen and feel into the practices for yourself.
This is a call to let love lead. It is not a call toward naïve love. It is an invitation into conscious, empowered love—the kind that can hold grief without becoming consumed by it, honor differences without creating enemies, and remain open without abandoning truth.
Our inner work matters.
One person becomes eleven. Eleven become thousands.
And together, we begin to write a different story.
Love is the SOULution.
Let love lead,
Mindy
